Terms of service

These terms govern your use of Sales Moves, operated by Teal / Tamago, a sole proprietorship registered in the Netherlands. By creating an account, you agree to them.

The service

Sales Moves helps you build a sales-prospecting habit by generating short, personalized sessions of concrete "moves" based on how much time you have. Basic is free and includes limited sessions and library access. Pro is a paid upgrade with unlimited sessions, the full move library, and full history and insights.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for anything that happens under your account. You must be old enough to enter into a contract in your country to sign up, and the information you give us should be accurate.

Subscriptions and billing

• Basic is free for as long as you use it, with no payment details required.
• Pro is billed once a year at €29, charged at the time you upgrade and again on each renewal date, at the price you originally agreed to for as long as you stay subscribed without a break.
• You can cancel anytime from your account. You'll keep Pro access until the end of the period you already paid for, then your account reverts to Basic automatically.
• We do not offer partial refunds for unused time within a billing year, except where required by law.

Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA consumers)

If you're a consumer in the EU/EEA, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from an online purchase without giving a reason. Because Pro access begins immediately on upgrade, you will be asked to expressly acknowledge and agree that immediate access means you waive this withdrawal right once the subscription has started, consistent with the EU Consumer Rights Directive. If you upgrade and change your mind before actually using any Pro features, contact us and we'll review it in good faith.

Acceptable use

Sales Moves is a tool for your own prospecting activity. Please don't use it to send anything illegal, to harass people, or in a way that would get you (or us) in trouble with a platform like LinkedIn or an email provider. We may suspend accounts that clearly misuse the product.

Intellectual property

The Sales Moves product, brand, and move library belong to Teal / Tamago. Your own data, your account content, and anything you write remains yours.

Disclaimer and liability

Sales Moves is provided "as is." We work hard to make it useful and reliable, but we can't guarantee specific sales outcomes, results depend on you and your market. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you have under the law of the country where you live.
